Yip Huen Weng is an accomplished lawyer with an impressive track record of being 25 years in continued active practice. 

Called to the Bar in 1998, Yip’s expertise covers diverse areas of legal practice, including but not limited to dispute resolution, construction, succession, conveyancing, commercial and corporate work. Yip is also a skilled mediator accredited with both the Malaysian International Mediation Centre (MIMC) and the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC); an Adjudicator with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and holds the offices of Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public. 

With an extensive legal knowledge and a strong commitment towards finding innovative solutions, Yip is dedicated to resolving disputes for his clients creatively, satisfactorily and effectively. 

A familiar face in the corridors of the Malaysian Courts, Yip is well versed with court, arbitration and adjudication proceedings. Yip has successfully assisted many clients to navigate complex high stakes disputes, both locally and internationally; providing clients with legal strategies to assist with resolutions. Out of the office of JLKC, Yip expresses his passion for mediation by dedicating his time towards training mediation skills for the MIMC. Yip has an addiction towards travelling for new experiences as well as a deep appreciation for all aspects of pop culture. Yip also has a strong love of reading and interacting with people.
