Xin Er joined Josephine, L K Chow & Co. in September 2022 as an intern, and is currently undergoing her pupillage in the chambers of Ms. Cyndi Chow. 

With a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London and a Certificate in Legal Practice obtained in 2022, Xin Er embarked on her legal career. During her time at university, she actively participated in debate competitions, where she had won several debate competitions. Additionally, she also participated in mooting, further sharpening her critical thinking skills and enhancing her ability to approach matters analytically and holistically. 

Xin Er embraces challenges and embodies resilience. Prior to joining JLKC, she gained valuable experience through internships at Ang Oon & Associates, C.M. Teh & P.N.Lim, and Azmi & Associates. Xin Er currently focuses on Family Law and has also developed an interest in Intellectual Property Law. She aspires to become a skilled litigator while remaining enthusiastic about exploring other challenging legal fields. She values the exposure that JLKC provides in her chosen practice area. The firm has also afforded her opportunities to participate in webinars and courses, enabling her to gain valuable insights early in her career. Xin Er has completed an Advocacy Training Course as part of her professional development. 

Beyond her professional pursuits, drawing serves as one of Xin Er's creative outlets, allowing her to express herself artistically. Additionally, she possesses a passion for discovering hidden culinary gems.
