Daphne read law from Multimedia University and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2022. 

Daphne is currently an essential team member of the Josephine, L K Chow & Co. Kuala Lumpur office, working closely with the managing partner of the Kuala Lumpur office. In this role, Daphne has gained extensive exposure to a diverse range of legal matters and has gained valuable expertise in handling contractual and commercial disputes, construction adjudication, corporate advisory, employment law, non-contentious succession and real estate matters. 

Prior to joining JLKC, Daphne completed her pupillage in the chambers of Messrs. Izad Kazran & Co., where she was subsequently retained as a legal associate. There, she delved into general and banking litigation and was also tasked to conduct comprehensive research on a wide range of legal issues.

Daphne has a meticulous eye for detail and a strong passion for staying ahead of the curve, keeping abreast of the latest developments in the legal field. Daphne’s dedication and passion to navigating legal landscapes ensures that her clients receive well-informed and effective representation, as Daphne consistently employs innovative legal strategies to assist clients to resolve their disputes satisfactorily, efficiently, speedily and economically. 

Outside of work, you will find Daphne playing badminton with friends as a way to unwind and stay active. Additionally, her curiosity for the world fuels her love for travel which in turn provides her with a unique perspective that complements her legal expertise.
