She is also an integral part of the Intellectual Property department as her ability extends to litigating Intellectual Property cases for the firm.

As a proven general civil litigator, Cyndi is able to take on a myriad of cases that extend to corporate, commercial, contract, landlord and tenant disputes to defamation and other tortious matters. She also regularly advises Joint Management Bodies and Management Corporations on their Management of Strata Titled Properties and has taken on complex cases arising from disputes between owners, management or developers where she draws useful insights from her previous capacity as the Chairperson of a Management Corporation.
