Bailey joined the firm with an interest to further his passion for advocacy and dispute resolution, in particular in the area of construction law. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Honours) from the University of Liverpool and subsequently completed the Bar Training Course in BPP University, Manchester with Distinction. He was subsequently called to the Bar of England and Wales by The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 2023 and thereafter admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2025.

Bailey has experiences across all stages of civil and commercial disputes, including preparing legal opinions, pleadings and written submissions, as well as assisting with interlocutory applications, mediations, trials and appeals.

Bailey believes that effective legal representation begins with understanding each client's objectives and concerns. He places great importance on listening to his clients, appreciating both the legal and commercial realities of each matter, and formulating practical strategies in achieving the best outcome.

Outside the legal profession, Bailey enjoys golf, travelling and is a motorcycling enthusiast. He values maintaining a work-life balance and believes that discipline, resilience, and continuous learning are integral to both personal and professional growth.
