Simon is a Senior Associate at Josephine, L K Chow & Co’s KL Office where he is closely mentored by the Managing Partner, Yip. Due to Yip’s guidance, Simon has managed to gain wide range of experience in matters relating to corporate and commercial disputes, construction adjudication, employment law, corporate advisory services, corporate agreements, contentious and non-contentious real estate disputes, conveyancing and divorce.

Simon graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London in 2014. He obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice in 2015 and was called to the Malaysian Bar in October 2016. Prior to joining JLKC, he was attached to Hong, Cheah & Co. in his hometown of Penang. He later went on to complete his pupilage at the firm of Richard Wee & Yip in Kuala Lumpur. Simon is also an accredited mediator by the Malaysian Mediation Centre (MMC).

Outside the office, Simon is an avid supporter of sporting events and is particularly fond of football. In his spare time, he can be found either watching, discussing or playing the game. Simon also has a keen interest in business development, corporate management and personal finance.
